You’ll receive on-the-job training, clear goals and expectations, and real-time feedback. If you want to be more than just a number, earn a competitive wage, do meaningful work, and be part of a supportive team, apply today!   What you’ll do:    - Conduct on-site drug and alcohol testing following Tomo Drug Testing procedures - Maintain and care for company-owned equipment - Accurately record completed tests through daily billables - Coordinate and submit testing paperwork each day - Drive safely and responsibly at all times - Submit client updates to the program administration department, if applicable - Share client feedback and growth opportunities with your District Manager - Deliver exceptional customer service and create raving fans - Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned What you bring:   - A desire to make a positive impact - Strong customer service skills - Ability to problem-solve and work independently - Quick learning ability and strong capacity for new information and skills - Basic computer proficiency - A valid driver’s license and excellent driving record   Physical Requirements: - Safely and comfortably transition between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday. - Remain on their feet for extended periods while performing specimen collection and related tasks. - Lift, carry, and transport testing materials and equipment weighing up to approximately 10 to 25 pounds. - Enter, exit, and operate a standard-size sedan or similar vehicle for travel to and from testing sites. - Perform duties that may require reaching, bending, or other moderate physical movements.   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.   Benefits available:   - Medical - Dental - Vision - 401(k) - Supplemental insurance - Paid holidays and vacation time   Schedule: 10am - 5pm, Monday & Wednesday-Friday plus occasional testing Saturday-Sunday.    Wage: $14.86/hour and the opportunity for quarterly bonuses.
