Duties include but are not limited to:</span></span> <ul> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Assist WFM in assigning follow-up calls</span></span></li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Assist WFM in assigning new intakes</span></span></li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Work closely with Team Supervisor in supervising staff</span></span> <ul> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Provide telephonic follow up and case closures in accordance with Policy and Procedures</span></span> <ul> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Call clinic providers and obtain status from employees' appointment</span></span></li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Provide additional services to WorkCare as directed by Physician, Department Manager or Supervisor</span></span></li> </ul> </li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Employee/Employer Relations</span></span> <ul> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Discloses information regarding the role of injury care and the rationale for telemedicine services.</span></span></li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Serves as an advocate for the injured/ill worker during the recovery process, provides support, information, and education to improve employees’ knowledge about their health and self-care, and enhances their understanding of the health care treatment plan and process with the goal of safe return to work.</span></span></li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Counsel’s employees on reduction of risks associated with occupational and environmental hazards.</span></span></li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Assist Management Team with educating clients on appropriate use of II services</span></span></li> </ul> </li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Provider Contact/Relations</span></span> <ul> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Requests medical records as needed.</span></span></li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Directs care to preferred providers and negotiates as necessary.</span></span></li> <li><span style="display:block; font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Ensures appropriate use of medical facilities, early and appropriate referrals, and quality of care.</span></span></li> <li><span style="display:block;
