Position Overview
Globe Life AO is expanding its remote sales team and seeking motivated, coachable individuals who are ready to build a long-term career in remote sales, leadership, and management.
This is a client-facing, performance-based role with a structured path into Entry-Level Leadership and Management. You will work with individuals who have already requested information — no cold calling and no door-to-door sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Present company-approved programs and services to assigned clients
• Conduct virtual presentations via Zoom and phone
• Educate clients on available coverage options and assist with enrollment
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up schedules
• Collaborate with team members and leadership remotely
• Meet or exceed weekly performance benchmarks

• Average first-year earnings: $80,000 (performance-based)

Candidate Qualifications
