Role Description This is a contract, fully remote position for a Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for assessing business needs, designing and implementing CRM solutions, collaborating with clients on business processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement components. Responsibilities also include providing consultative expertise, supporting solution architecture development, and facilitating effective communication between teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams Proficiency in Business Process analysis and enhancement Experience in Consulting and delivering client-centric solutions Expertise in Solution Architecture and designing scalable CRM systems Knowledge of Cloud Computing and integration with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related areas are advantageous
