**Purpose**
As a Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to our medical billing team, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting regular quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of transactions
* Overseeing and reporting Quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Delivering structured curriculum to groups and individuals in live and virtual learning environments
* Providing one-on-one training and support to new hires and existing employees to improve performance and address any issues
* Collaborating with supervisors and other leaders to identify performance issues and develop strategies to address them
* Supporting the ongoing improvement of training content and programs based on changes in patient care delivery, state/federal regulations, accreditations/licensing standards
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience in denial management/AR Collection, Pre-Reg, Auth for US Healthcare process
* In-depth knowledge of EPIC software and Denial Management, Pre-Reg, Auth, and PFCC processes
* A strong understanding of common healthcare industry terminology, practices, and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement
* Knowledge of how Government/Commercial payers reimburse
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to use a Windows-based computer system and common business software found in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and efficiently perform assigned duties
* Ability to maintain a high level of ethics, courtesy, and professionalism
* Ability to multi-task, establish and meet deadlines
* Typing/data entry skills at a minimum of 40 wpm
