Tatari is revolutionizing TV advertising through AI and machine learning, helping brands reach customers with innovative solutions. They are seeking a Media Operations Coordinator to support the Media Operations department by managing operational tasks and improving processes using their proprietary systems.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Tatari’s proprietary backend media operations systems
- Work with the Revenue team and ensure all day-to-day operational tasks are completed correctly and timely, including:
- Working with vendors to ensure proper execution of creative deliveries
- Working with network partners to receive weekly airing information
- Ensuring that all information are accurate in Tatari’s proprietary backend system
- Work on ad hoc requests from the Revenue and Platform teams, including:
- Network S&P approval process and communication
- Handling data ingestion errors
- Maintaining Inventory Catalog
- Identify and implement process improvements including automation of tasks
Skills
- Bachelor degree from a 4-year institution
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Google Sheets)
- Experience creating pivot tables, VLookUps and advanced functions and techniques for working with simple data sets
- Familiarity with macros
- Detail oriented, ability to juggle competing priorities and always follow through
- A self-starter and driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
- Experience with writing Macros and Python coding
