Overview
Beeler Consulting is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Intern to support business development efforts over the summer. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields who want real-world experience closing deals and generating revenue.
This is a hands-on, performance-based role focused on outbound sales and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Clearly communicate Beeler Consulting’s services and value proposition
• Identify client needs and position appropriate solutions
• Close sales directly over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activity
• Follow up with leads and nurture potential clients
• Collaborate with leadership on messaging and sales strategy
• Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
• Interest in sales, consulting, or healthcare industry (preferred but not required)
• Compensation:
• 100% commission-based
