We’re looking for a collaborative, multimedia-savvy social marketer that’s also detail-oriented and process-driven to join our team. This highly strategic and results-oriented marketing manager will be responsible for helping us build an engaged customer base in the incredibly vital market of care for families raising children with disabilities. You’ll play a critical role on a team fully committed to unleashing the collective power of families raising children with disabilities to help every child live their best life. About Undivided (formerly known as Special X) Undivided co-founder Jason Lehmbeck understands the joys and challenges of raising a child with disabilities because he’s living it with his son Noah. Jason and his wife realized the need for better support early on. The complexities of care options, health insurance benefits, providers, and educational choices came as an overwhelming, unexpected shock. Navigating these systems alone means time away from your child, and can also mean missing out on critical opportunities and resources. It takes more than a village. It takes a supportive team of professionals who understand what you need and want to help you find it. Undivided connects families with guidance, expertise, and other families so parents can be confident they’re doing everything they can for their child. We combine an easy-to-use app with the power of people — leading educators and clinicians, experienced Care Navigators, and a supportive community of parents — to get things done. By sharing our knowledge and experiences, we can support each other and our larger community, and drive better results for every child. What You’ll Do Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll: • Lead and grow our social media marketing strategy across Undivided’s blog, newsletter, social channels, and more. • Oversee social media content, publishing, and community growth. • Develop our partnership strategy and lead our day-to-day relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and key stakeholders in the broader disability community. • Help create company-wide best practices and set the groundwork for leveraging social media to scale to millions of families. • Gather information, analyze the data, and make data-backed decisions to support social media initiatives and stakeholders. What You Need • An understanding and passion for ensuring all families raising children with disabilities get the best care possible. • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing social media initiatives for direct-to-consumer companies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Proven judgement creating content people engage with and love. • Experience managing large scale projects, teams, and freelancers. • Stellar organizational skills and the ability to project manage against deadlines. • Deep understanding of and interest in analytics, data, insights, and trends. • Deep familiarity with social media content development, publishing strategy, and community growth. • Remote position How We Hire We hire the best talent we can find, which means actively seeking a diversity of beliefs, backgrounds, education, and ways of thinking.
