Smadex is a rapidly growing AI-powered Growth Platform for User Acquisition, CTV, and Retargeting. We're seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to join our expanding team in the US. Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation is a requirement to drive pipeline growth by penetrating our Target Prospect List and establishing Smadex as a go-to player for growth in the mobile app ecosystem. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. You'll work closely with sales to break into named accounts, manage high-production events, and collaborate with the global marketing team while tailoring initiatives for the US market. Reports to: Global Head of Marketing | Close collaboration with: VP & GM of Americas Core Responsibilities Named Account Penetration & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) - Own and execute ABM strategy targeting top 50-100 accounts - Run multi-channel campaigns  - Coordinate with sales on account plans, stakeholder mapping, and engagement strategy - Track meetings booked, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact Lead Generation & Demand Gen - Build systematic lead gen programs beyond events (pre-event targeting, post-event nurture, ongoing campaigns) - Manage paid programs (LinkedIn, display, retargeting) - Track and optimize MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI Event Strategy & Team Management - Manage Events Analyst to execute large-scale and high-touch client events - Integrate events into ABM and demand gen programs - Develop campaigns to drive target account attendance and convert interest to pipeline Content Strategy - Coordinate content production with internal stakeholders and/or external agencies - Ensure consistent output: thought leadership, sales enablement, ABM-specific assets - Own Smadex's voice and messaging for US market Required Qualifications - 5+ years B2B marketing, with 3+ years in ABM or demand generation - Proven track record breaking into enterprise/mid-market accounts with measurable pipeline impact - Experience in tech, ad tech, SaaS, or mobile/app ecosystem - Experience in using Salesforce - Strong content strategy skills and data-driven mindset - Experience managing or mentoring direct reports - Based in US; able to travel (20-25%) Preferred: Event planning experience, understanding of performance marketing/programmatic, experience with agencies What We're Looking For - Action-oriented – willing to roll up sleeves and execute, not just delegate - Strategic thinker who develops the plan AND executes with excellence - Strong collaborator across sales, product, events, and global marketing teams - Organized and agile – juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Self-starter who builds systems where none exist and contributes fresh ideas
