Job Description:
• Support the development and coordination of omnichannel marketing content.
• Manage the planning and execution of trade shows and industry events.
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and performance reporting.
• Coordinate packaging updates and approvals process across internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage purchase orders and invoice submissions for marketing vendors.
• Oversee trade promotions planning and execution including coupon programs.
• Assist with development of sales materials and presentations.
• Manage consumer affairs communications.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications or brand support roles (CPG or food, a plus).
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and finance departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity software/suite.
• Experience working with professional design teams, Figma experience, a plus.
• Tracking and reporting marketing expenses.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, ability to take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendor relationships.
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through.
