I am in need for market researched to help me assess the Point-of-Sale system capabilities for multiple brands across the US.
These will be brands that have a retail store (preferably in high-end malls). Your job will be to purchase and return items, talk to the customer service representatives on the phone, work with the sales reps in the stores. You'll be given a list of questions to ask and are expected to be able to remember the answers and record them into a spreadsheet. This process will be repeated for multiple brands. The goal is to put together an assessment on these companies.
This would be short term work, targeting specific brands in your local major mall. I will be hiring people in 20 different cities for this work. Looking for hungry, organized, communicative people. Must have credit card and be comfortable buying and returning things. Purchases will be made BOTH online and in person, returns will need to be BOTH online and in person.
Will need someone near Major malls. If you apply, please let me know what Major malls are in your area that you can visit.
