Role Overview - 100% Commission-Based Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and driven M&A Advisor to support our acquisition advisory practice. This role is heavily focused on outbound sourcing and direct outreach to business owners, identifying acquisition targets for our existing clients across commercial sectors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-oriented, high-touch environment and wants hands-on exposure to the M&A deal lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Identify and source acquisition targets for existing Inviqtus clients • Conduct outbound outreach primarily through cold calling to business owners • Build and manage proprietary deal pipelines in commercial and lower-middle-market sectors • Qualify potential targets based on client acquisition criteria • Initiate and maintain conversations with owners regarding potential transactions • Track outreach activity, target status, and engagement notes in CRM systems • Collaborate with senior advisors to advance qualified opportunities through the deal process Preferred Industries • Lower-middle-market businesses • *Qualifications** • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, M&A, private equity, investment banking, or deal sourcing • Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience • Comfortable speaking directly with business owners and executives • Excellent communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns • Interest in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance What We Offer • Direct exposure to live M&A transactions • Opportunity to grow into senior advisory or deal execution roles • Entrepreneurial, performance-driven culture • Remote flexibility with a high level of autonomy
