Job Summary
We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lube Technician - Entry Level to join our team! As a Lube Technician, you'll play a critical role in providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance services to our customers. You'll evaluate customers' needs, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure that their vehicles are serviced and safe on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate Customers' Needs: Assess customers' vehicle maintenance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and inspections.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Workplace: Ensure that the work area is clean, organized, and safe for team members and customers.
- Master Products and Services: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Contribute to a Fun Team Atmosphere: Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Language: English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required; bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work with hands above head, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
