Legal Contract Administrator

Job Description: • Review, revise, draft, and negotiate major account agreements, consulting agreements, purchase orders, non-disclosure agreements, terms and conditions, and requests for quote/proposal with customers and vendors • Maintain a deep understanding of contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company risk tolerance • Develop strong relationships with business leaders to facilitate excellence in contractual business relationship • Prepare contracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws and regulations • Interpret contracts and advise management and sales groups on contractual responsibilities, including legal as well as commercial concerns and alternatives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent work experience • Minimum of five years of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts in a commercial environment • Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills • Experience in contract management solutions, implementations, and rollouts • Experience using Contract Management solutions, iCertis experience a plus • Experience implementing change management strategies to achieve organizational goals • Experience in championing, coordinating and managing change management activities with key stakeholders • Ability to operate changes on your own and as part of a group • A strong ability to communicate concisely with a wide audience and the proven ability to engage, influence, and align key partners • Demonstrated project management skills coupled with creativity and resourcefulness • Experience working with legal technology solutions • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and time management, including the ability to balance multiple tasks and manage deadlines with accuracy.
