What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, and dissemination of clinical and population health analyses and reports
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics
- Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
- Mentor colleagues across the enterprise in consultative, technical, and business expertise
- Manage projects efficiently to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
- 7 years of experience in leading clinical and population health reporting and analyses
- 7 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims and clinical data
- 5 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
- 5 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
