The Junior Marketing Analyst will support the Partnership Marketing team by analyzing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and translating performance data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns by analyzing lead quality and sharing performance feedback across Revshare and CPL campaigns
- Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitors to identify opportunities and inform campaign decisions
- Review and approve ad creatives to ensure they meet SmartFinancial guidelines and compliance standards
- Place, test, and troubleshoot postbacks to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
- Assist with account and campaign setup using our publisher portal
- Monitor key performance metrics and help identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with account managers and analysts on day-to-day campaign operations
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies in data and reporting
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and processes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, or reporting on lead quality
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
- Exposure to affiliate marketing and/or performance marketing
