About the Role
As a Full Stack Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be part of our team of Chat Assassins, working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You will work with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with existing leads and clients (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media accounts organically (2 hours/day)
- Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day)

About the Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An advanced or native level of English (C1-C2)
- A stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- 100% confidence in your English skills
