As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of blithequark, providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Key Responsibilities
As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way by providing personalized solutions and exceeding customer expectations
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For
We're looking for highly motivated and customer-centric individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work a 5-day schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Availability to work a 3rd shift schedule (8:00 pm - 5:00 am or 11:00 pm - 8:00 am)
Technical Requirements
To ensure compatibility with our software applications, you will need to possess the following technical requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps
- Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode)
- Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended
- 8GB Memory / RAM
- Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB
- Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G
- Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
- Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible
