Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with expertise in Power BI to drive business decision-making through data-driven insights. As a key member of our team, you will design, build, and maintain data models, develop comprehensive reports, and perform predictive analytics to support operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Develop and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor business performance.
- Conduct predictive analytics to forecast trends, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data governance and management.
- Integrate various data sources into Power BI and create automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, ensuring they are performing optimally.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest BI tools, technologies, and trends to improve current processes and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including M and Dax language.
- Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis using tools like Python, R, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
