About the Role:

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, ensuring that their inquiries and requests are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and customer service.
• Meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Working flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet the needs of our clients and support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and customer service.
• Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A stable work history, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of call center experience in the last 3 years, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• A strong understanding of sales and customer service principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including occasional overtime.
