What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coach on the definition of security architecture and implement effective security administration processes
- Identify and implement emerging data access control technologies and safeguards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree in information systems
- Minimum of ten years of IT experience, with at least 7 years in IT/Cyber Security, including Solution Design
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, application, and security protocols
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH, NIST CSF, ISO27001/27002, and PCI-DSS standards
- Experience working with network access, identity, and access management systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Possession of relevant security qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or CEH
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team
- High degree of integrity and trustworthiness
- Experience in special projects and adaptability to various work locations and shifts
