Responsibilities
- Conduct and support audit engagements by preparing working papers and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards
- Streamline the preparation of year-end engagements and tax returns for clients across diverse industries
- Foster positive working relationships with clients, and promptly address their requests and suggestions
- Maintain ongoing communication with team members regarding progress updates and issues
Skills
- You have completed or are currently working towards your CPA designation
- You possess a minimum of 1 year of audit experience in the public accounting industry
- You prioritize teamwork, client service, and quality while completing detailed work
- You exhibit strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- You possess a solid understanding of accounting policies and assurance techniques
- You have exposure to or familiarity with ASPE, ASNPO, IFRS, or US GAAP standards (considered an asset)
