Job Description
• Advise clients on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Handle the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
• Provide counsel on IP transactions and licensing agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar.
• 2-4 years of experience in IP or high-end technology litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong written advocacy skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and a high level of initiative.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science strongly preferred.
• Large law firm or sophisticated technology litigation experience required.
• Admission to the Bar in the chosen office's state (CA preferred).
• Candidates with federal clerkship experience (including 2026 completions) strongly encouraged.
