This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in marketing, social media, the cannabis industry, and gaining hands-on experience in building a growing business. The role will initially require more hours for onboarding and campaign setup, transitioning to a couple of hours per week thereafter, with potential for growth. Responsibilities: Identify and research potential micro-influencers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook who align with THCHills brand and target market. Assist in drafting and sending personalized outreach messages to influencers, introducing THCHill and proposing collaboration opportunities. Clearly communicate our influencer partnership program, including our tiered commission structure (5%, 7.5%, 10% based on generated revenue). Learn to generate unique, single-use discount codes on Shopify and distribute them to influencers. Manage communication with influencers, answering questions and providing necessary information. Assist in reviewing influencer-created content to ensure brand alignment and compliance. Help track the performance of influencer campaigns using Shopify analytics, monitoring sales generated through unique discount codes. Assist in organizing and repurposing successful influencer content for THCHills social media and website. Potentially assist in researching and engaging with relevant Facebook groups (with admin approval) to promote THCHill. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, and building online communities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Self-motivated and able to work independently with guidance. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Basic understanding of marketing principles is a plus. Interest in the cannabis industry and wellness trends is a plus. Compensation: This is a paid internship. The initial pay rate will be $15 - $20 per hour. The exact rate will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
