Axon is on a mission to Protect Life, focusing on critical safety and justice issues through their technology ecosystem. The Implementation Analyst will support Enterprise customers by translating their needs into clear requirements and ensuring successful implementations across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and additional Axon products
- Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes, operational goals, and system considerations across multiple stakeholders
- Translate customer needs into clear, structured business artifacts, including functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
- Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to support the design and delivery of multi-product solutions
- Work with customers to configure Axon software solutions in alignment with business objectives and organizational needs
- Evaluate solution options and trade-offs, providing practical input that supports sustainable and scalable outcomes
- Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions against defined Enterprise use cases
- Develop and deliver training materials and enablement sessions to support customer adoption and long-term success
- Build trusted working relationships with Enterprise customers while collaborating cross-functionally within Axon to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress

- Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and interconnected workflows
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for deliverables, navigate challenges, and see work through to completion
- Ability to remain calm, constructive, and effective when working through ambiguity, customer feedback, or change
- Experience with discovery, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into actionable documentation
- Comfortable working in software-driven environments and partnering with technical teams to understand constraints and solution options
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services teams
- Ability to learn quickly, connect details across systems and workflows, and ask thoughtful questions
- Genuine interest in Axon's mission and a desire to help customers achieve meaningful, real-world impact through technology
