As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians

**Work Schedule**
This part-time dispatcher position typically works from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekends. There is flexibility with multiple shifts available, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
**Requirements**
* Customer service experience
* Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to work in a remote environment after completing the first month of training in the office
