This role will primarily focus on creating customer-facing presentations and social media content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both marketing and design, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing, easy-to-understand presentations and posts. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop visually compelling presentations for customer-facing interactions using tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, and Photoshop. • Create engaging social media posts aligned with our brand's voice and strategy. • Collaborate with team members to ensure design and messaging consistency across all platforms. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. • Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver clear, concise design concepts. Basic Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in marketing and design, particularly in using PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain design choices and concepts to non-design team members. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing effectively. • Portfolio is needed Bonus Skills: • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion, Linear, and Slack. • Experience working with CMS and project management tools.
