We are committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering a culture of excellence, and making a meaningful impact in our communities. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a remote position, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. We are prepared to offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package to attract a top-tier candidate for this role. **Responsibilities** * Meet with clients to install and uninstall electronic home monitoring equipment, providing an overview of the home monitoring program and reviewing the rules of client compliance. * Meet with clients weekly to review and approve their daily schedule for the upcoming week, ensuring it follows all policies and guidelines. * Monitor and address alerts received from electronic monitoring devices to determine client compliance and adherence to program guidelines. * Create appointments and set schedules for regular client office visits, administer drug and alcohol testing as determined by the client's program. * Check equipment for proper functioning, maintain accurate inventory of assigned equipment, and request new equipment as needed. * Communicate with the call center to troubleshoot problems with monitoring equipment, report missing inventory, and file police reports as required. * Update physical and electronic files, ensuring all relevant and pertinent information is included, and maintain the confidentiality of client records and administrative files. * Work with court and court officials to write and update client reports, testify in court when required. * Collect supervision payments from clients, provide receipts, and complete daily deposits, following cash collection policy and ensuring accountability for all payments received. **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma, GED certification, or equivalent is required. * Six (6) months of experience with community corrections, electronic monitoring, corrections, probation, or local courts is preferred. * Knowledge of the state judicial system is preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is preferred. * Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and high-level organizational skills. * Demonstrate ability to complete pre-service and other training programs as required. * Valid driver's license is required. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** * Plan, organize, and assign the work of others. * Apply policies, procedures, and best practices. * Create and maintain accurate records and reports. * Work within a team structure. * Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs., and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position. **Benefits** * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401K * Short Term Disability * Long Term Disability * Basic Life **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative solutions in the community corrections and electronic monitoring industry. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **How to Apply** Ready to join our team?
