With a focus on building trust, understanding customer needs, and providing world-class support, you'll be the face of our company and the driving force behind our customers' success. **What You'll Do Every Day** As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional – Corporate Card Member, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to Corporate and Small Business Card Members through inbound calls, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded * Delivering high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and elements of blithequark's Corporate Card services * Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service in a fast-paced, structured environment * Responding to questions and concerns about accounts in a timely and professional manner * Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices **Why Join Our Team?** At blithequark, we're dedicated to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
