I am seeking a deeply experienced, "no-BS" career professional to work with a 22-year-old recent college graduate (IU) who is currently spinning his wheels. He is intelligent but lacks professional discipline, is applying for low-tier roles beneath his potential, and lacks the "polish" required for a serious career trajectory. The Goal: This is not a "feel-good" coaching engagement. We need a hard-hitting intervention to get his professional life in line. Specifically: Strategic Targeting: Shift his focus from "easy" lousy jobs to high-efficiency, high-value career paths. Professional Presence Audit: Direct, unvarnished feedback on his grooming (beard/attire) and first impressions. Mock Interviewing: Rigorous prep to fix communication gaps and "rambling" responses. Accountability: Establishing a strict job-search cadence with weekly reporting and enforcement. The Ideal Candidate: Background: You are likely a expereinced consultant/coach, former Senior Recruiter, Executive Headhunter Style: You are comfortable being blunt, demanding respect, and calling out excuses.
