Role Overview

We’re seeking an ambitious and highly-driven Head of Sales to spearhead Fresho’s expansion into the US, based out of New York.

This is our first in-market sales hire at the Senior Manager level - a critical and foundational role in gaining traction in a new region. You will play an instrumental role in both sales execution and team development, driving commercial growth while laying the foundations for a scalable US sales function.

This role is ideal for a “hungry doer” - someone who thrives in both selling and building. You’ll be out in the field closing deals, coaching others, and shaping the future of our US go-to-market motion.

You’ll report directly to Huw Birrell, Fresho Co-Founder, who is relocating to the US to lead key strategic initiatives, with a dotted line to our Global Sales Director (UK-based) to ensure support with our commercial strategy and practices.

As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team, you’ll help define the US sales strategy, build and lead the team, and ensure our growth efforts align with Fresho’s global vision.
