Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless sales administration and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings, identifying opportunities to enhance our benefits portfolio.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to build strong client relationships.
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand our client base and promote our benefits offerings, leveraging your sales expertise to drive growth.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client satisfaction, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA, while handling sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in benefits administration or a related field is preferred, with a strong background in sales, particularly in retail or outside sales environments.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele and expanding our reach.
- Proven ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly to clients, with excellent customer service skills and a track record of building strong client relationships.
