About the position
They’re hiring a GTM Recruiter with 2-6 years of experience to round out their talent team to three dedicated GTM specialists at this fast-scaling AI healthcare startup. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for sales, growth, operations, and marketing roles, helping them hit aggressive 2025 hiring goals by optimizing processes and minimizing turnover. This hybrid role offers full autonomy to shape their recruiting function from the inside, flexing into G&A as needed while supporting a mission to slash patient hold times from 11 minutes to 1 and deliver seamless care access. Expect a dynamic, team-first environment where you'll work closely with founders and hiring managers to attract talent excited about AI-driven innovation in healthcare. With 15x revenue growth since Q4 2024 and thousands of providers on their platform, they're in hyper-growth mode—your impact will be immediate and outsized.
Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles: Sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing across sales, growth, ops, and marketing.
• Design and execute creative outbound strategies to build high-signal pipelines, tapping referrals, niche networks, and tools beyond just LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job reqs, build scorecards, structure interview loops, and ensure they land top-tier fits.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences from initial outreach to offer stage, fostering excitement about their AI agents and healthcare impact.
• Flex support for G&A recruiting when priorities shift, showcasing adaptability in a fast-paced startup.
Requirements
• 2-6 years of full-cycle recruiting in GTM and/or G&A, with in-house experience at fast-paced, high-bar B2B SaaS startups (recent startup or in-house agency background required—no FAANG exclusives).
• Proven ownership of GTM recruiting pipelines, ideally with metrics like attainment rates or hire volumes highlighted on your resume/LinkedIn.
• Archetypes they love: Sales pros pivoted to recruiting; staffing/consulting vets gone internal; or versatile GTM/G&A experts genuinely thrilled by both (tell us why!).
• Startup mindset: Excited by ambiguity, high-bar talent standards, and treating recruiting as a craft—must be proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Hybrid in San Francisco (4 days in-office).
• Visa transfers possible (no new sponsorship).
Nice-to-haves
• Hands-on with modern tools: Interest in AI-enhanced recruiting (beyond LinkedIn), plus familiarity with Notion, Slack, Linear, Loom, or AI notetakers is a big plus; Ashby ATS experience is bonus.
• Business-related undergrad a plus.
• Experience transitioning from sales to recruiting.
• Background from high-caliber B2B SaaS like Verkada, Rippling, Ramp, or similar complex-product sellers (data/security focus).
