September 13, 2025 As the Global Head of Marketing, Uber Advertising Specialist , you will be responsible for defining and executing our global marketing strategy with a dedicated focus on the Uber Advertising platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a multi-million dollar budget, lead a team of talented marketers, and drive significant revenue growth through innovative and data-driven campaigns. You will serve as the internal subject matter expert on all things Uber Ads, from campaign management to performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy for Uber Advertising, aligning with overall business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Budget Management: Own and manage a multi-million dollar advertising budget, ensuring optimal allocation and a strong return on ad spend (ROAS). Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns on the Uber platform, from creative development to targeting and optimization. Data & Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to integrate marketing efforts and provide feedback on platform features. Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the latest trends, features, and best practices in the Uber Advertising ecosystem and the broader digital marketing landscape. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets and driving measurable revenue growth. Deep expertise and hands-on experience with the Uber Advertising platform. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a history of building and managing high-performing teams. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
