Job Description:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support
• Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Handle bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, reconciliations, expense tracking)
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support payroll preparation (if needed)
• Communicate with clients and vendors professionally
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
• Background in bookkeeping (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience working with US or international clients (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (Nice to Have)
• Payroll or tax support experience (Nice to Have)
