Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Front Office VIP Coordinator to join our team at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa. As a Luxury Resort Experience Specialist, you will deliver personalized and exceptional vacation experiences to our high-profile guests, providing tailored attention and service from pre-arrival to departure. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with various lines of business, including the Executive Office, to ensure seamless and memorable experiences for our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate bespoke vacation experiences for VIP guests, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional service
- Provide personalized support and respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Act as a liaison between VIP guests and internal stakeholders, including the Executive Office, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Transport VIP guests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay
- Embody Disney's Five Keys and Aulani Values, providing exceptional guest service and recovery when needed
- Complete other tasks and projects as directed by leadership, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Resort hotel operations experience required
- Valid Hawaii State driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain airport security clearances for VIP arrivals
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Exceptional guest service skills, including conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with minimal supervision, and make operational decisions when needed
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in tourism management, hotel management, or related field
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or front desk environment
- Knowledge of Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and its products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
