Responsibilities
- Support approvers in the analysis of credit files
- Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files
- Responding to customer calls and emails
- Data entry of customer files
- Credit adjudication (training provided)
- Providing superior professional service to valued clients
Skills
- Fluent in both English and French – proficiency assessment will be required
- Great Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, quick thinker
- Positive individual with very good attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Punctual, professional and reliable
