As we continue to scale, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelance Bookkeeper to support our financial operations.
This is a fully remote, long-term freelance role ideal for someone experienced in U.S. bookkeeping and comfortable working independently.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and maintain 5 separate QuickBooks Online accounts
• Record, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Track accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain clean, accurate, and audit-ready books
• Support month-end and year-end close
• Coordinate with U.S.-based CPA when needed
• Follow SOPs and meet reporting deadlines consistently
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, process-driven, and reliable
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Based in the Philippines (required)
Bonus:
• Real estate accounting experience
• Familiarity with U.S. GAAP
• Experience managing multiple entities/books
