What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Educating clients on practical, easy-to-understand financial concepts
Guiding families through retirement planning, income protection, and wealth-building strategies
Helping clients connect with policies and plans that match their goals
Conducting virtual or in-person consultations
Building and managing your own book of business with full support
Developing leadership and mentorship skills as your client base grows

Requirements
Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
Must be able to obtain appropriate state financial licensing (training provided)
Strong communication and basic computer skills
Coachability and self-motivation
Background in customer service, sales, military, education, trades, or business ownership is a plus—but not required
Compensation **1099 FULLY COMMISSION BASED**
Commission-based with no cap. Typical part-time agents earn supplementary income; motivated full-time agents can build a multi-six-figure book over time.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
