Financial Analyst, ARR and Revenue Compensation and Benefits $90,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and location. 100% Remote position Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(K) with matching contribution Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Financial Analyst, ARR and Revenue Responsibilities: Revenue model building and forecasting • Create, maintain, and continuously improve finance models and processes to track key SaaS KPIs, such as Total Contract Value (TCV), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and other metrics • Analyze, validate, and prove model assumptions, outputs, and data integrity • Own and support revenue forecasting for quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes • Maintain and evolve a consistent analytical framework across revenue and customer related expense analysis Financial Analysis and Reporting • Perform detailed financial analysis related to TCV, ARR, MRR, NRR, revenue performance, and other key SaaS metrics • Prepare variance analysis on actuals versus plan and forecast as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities • Reconcile TCV, ARR, and revenue recognition each month with customer contracts as part of the financial close process Business Partnering • Ensure contracts are coded correctly for accurate financial reporting and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate and provide financial information to cross-functional and Revenue Operations (RevOps) stakeholders as assigned Strategic Planning and Initiatives • Work with Finance leadership to build business cases, scenario analyses, and recommendations for strategic initiatives • Define, track, and interpret KPIs, providing insight into drivers, risks, and business opportunities Financial Analyst, ARR and Revenue Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required • At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and revenue analytics at a SaaS company, including TCV, ARR, NRR, and revenue tracking, reconciliation, and reporting • Advanced level Excel skills, including building, maintaining, and improving complex financial models. Demonstrable experience using functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIFS, MAXIFS, imbedded IF/Then with multiple logic, INDEX/Match, SUMPRODUCT, FIND, LOOKUP, and ability to combine these functions together into a single formula • Experience with financial systems, planning tools, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) • Salesforce experience strongly desired
