Amazon FBA Account Assistant / FBA Manager
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon FBA Account Assistant to support our existing Amazon FBA manager and gradually take over a number of account management tasks using our established SOPs.
This is a part-time remote role, starting at 6 hours per week (around 1 hour per day, 6 days a week), with scope to increase over time for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities. This list is not exhaustive and equally the candidate will not be taking on all of these roles within the allotted time. This is initially just to free up our current managers time for more logistics based tasks. However the role will include some of the following:
Replying to customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Monitoring Amazon account health and resolving basic issues, while escalating more serious matters when needed
Addressing customer feedback through Feedback Manager
Monitoring stock levels and helping flag replenishment needs
What we are looking for:
Strong attention to detail and good written English
Organized, dependable, and able to follow SOPs closely
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA support and account management
This role would suit someone who is proactive, steady, and capable of handling routine operational tasks accurately while supporting a growing Amazon business.
