About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full remote basis, working weekends only. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and customers, utilizing your excellent communication skills to deliver top-notch service. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers via inbound phone calls, as well as additional communication lines such as email, live chat, or other means as needed Exceeding daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats Recording detailed notes of customer communication and maintaining real-time communication by keeping inventory volume current Creating life-long customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner that demonstrates the customer's value Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients, demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers and recording and documenting customer interactions to identify trends for escalation Collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible Operating in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge Adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, maintaining consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will require: A clear and articulate telephone voice without major background noise or distractions Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with strong self-motivation and communication skills Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to learn quickly Reliability and consistently excellent work performance Experience with a multi-line phone system and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce An upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain the reputation of blithequark and any assigned clients Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization Preferred Qualifications and Education While not essential, the following qualifications and education are preferred: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity High School diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed) Physical Requirements The physical requirements for this role include: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
