Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Premier Banker to join our team in Charlotte, USA. As a Virtual Premier Banker, you will be responsible for providing full-service banking to high-value clients and managing a portfolio of client relationships in a virtual environment. You will participate in the Authorized Broker Licensing Program, which is a temporary position until you have successfully completed the licensing requirements. Upon successful completion, you will transition to the Integrated Wealth Premier Banker (SAFE) role and perform the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer full-service banking to high-value clients and manage a portfolio of client relationships in a virtual environment
- Conduct outbound prospecting to high-value and affluent clients who are not currently covered by a book of business serviced by a premier banker
- Consult with clients regarding their financial needs and present financial products and solutions to address those needs
- Resolve client inquiries, open and service accounts, and identify client investment needs and present partners when an investment need is identified
- Review and analyze fundamental business, operational, or technical operations or challenges that require analysis, evaluation, and resolution of alternatives
- Present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations while developing expertise within Integrated Premier Banking functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and communicate with Integrated Premier Banking colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external clients
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and partners
- 2 years of experience in recommending products and services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or recognized FINRA equivalents) to qualify for registered enrollment
- Successfully completed the FINRA Series 65 exam (or equivalent) to qualify for registered enrollment
- Experience in evaluating client needs and recommending products/services to meet those needs
- Experience in partnering with different groups on behalf of the client
- Experience in handling client issues
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the book of business processes to effectively manage a portfolio of Wells Fargo clients to meet their needs and grow the business
