- Data Audits & Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data entered into the system.
- Digital Record Keeping: Organize and maintain digital records and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, customer service, and management, to ensure seamless exchange of information and efficient workflow.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and organize documentation related to bookings, reservations, contracts, and client communications in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
