Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve our customer support processes.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and feedback. This will help us identify trends, improve our services, and provide better support to our customers.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
