Job Overview

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will work from the comfort of your own home in Maharashtra, Tier B City limits only, including Nagpur, Nashik, Solapur, Kolapur, and Sangli. This is a seasonal, contractual role that offers a unique opportunity to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email, and using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers through exceptional support experiences
Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
Work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours, including rotating shifts, early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required
Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work space with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

Minimum age: 18 years old
Have the right to work in India
Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
A quiet, distraction-free work space with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
