About the Role As a Virtual Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, providing inbound and outbound customer service calls, creative problem-solving, and sound solutions to customer needs. You'll be responsible for: * Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers * Creatively problem-solving and providing sound solutions to customer needs * Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service * Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions * Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Basic typing skills and computer literacy * Strong customer service and written skills * Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers Earning Potential As a self-employed Independent Contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance. You'll submit invoices and receive payment for completed services, with varying pay structures depending on the program. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. You'll have the flexibility to choose which programs you participate in and when you work. Availability As a blithequark Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You'll be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential for higher earning potential as you take on more work.
