As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing superior service to our consumer card members, resolving their queries, and delivering personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experiences on calls to consumer card members, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
- Identify customer needs and preferences, leveraging this information to offer relevant benefits and products while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Deliver high-quality service, meeting customer demands and ensuring first-call resolution (FCR) whenever possible.
- Highlight issues and provide feedback to recommend changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels, driving continuous improvement.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating dependability, self-motivation, and a customer-focused approach.
Essential Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
