Our mission is to empower our clients to take control of their health and well-being, and we're looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online channels * Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries * Proactively identifying solutions to common client questions and concerns * Adopting a customer-centric approach to resolving each issue, collaborating with internal teams as needed * Providing top-tier service experience to clients in a fast-paced environment * Assisting clients with queries regarding their protection and copays * Offering technical support to clients while navigating pharmacy.amazon.com * Responding promptly to client requests to ensure a positive and engaging experience * Recognizing that every interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our clients **We're Looking for Contenders in the Following Areas:** * Virtual Area - UT **Essential Capabilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * To live in the state of Utah * A high school diploma or equivalent * 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices * Experience multitasking with telephone and computer skills * A designed broadband internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload * Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 4 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice * A private and distraction-free home environment, allowing you to focus on client interactions during work hours **Preferred Capabilities** While not essential, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued: * 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Experience working in a customer support or call center environment * Experience working in a healthcare setting * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality * Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team member **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
