As a Virtual Assistant – UPS Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Accurately entering shipment data into arenaflex software systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, ensuring all details are up to date and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies, providing prompt and professional support.
• Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' information.
• Troubleshooting minor issues with arenaflex systems and shipments, resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
• Assisting with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting, to support the team's efforts.
• *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience with UPS or similar shipping platforms is a plus, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
